We are writing to inform you that Dr. Gunda Kirk is no longer with IntraCare Health Center – Weatherford. During her time with us, Dr. Kirk showed great dedication to your health and well-being, and her departure is felt by both our team and the patients she served.
We understand that this news may come as a surprise, but we want to reassure you that the quality of care you have come to expect will continue without interruption. Our skilled Nurse Practitioner, Arlene Gipson, is available and fully prepared to address all of your medical needs. Ms. Gipson is actively accepting both current and new patients, and brings extensive experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine to serve our Weatherford community.
If you are a former patient of Dr. Kirk’s and wish to obtain a copy of your medical records, please contact our team at IntraCare – Weatherford, and we will gladly assist you. Should you choose to transfer your records to a new primary care provider, either within the IntraCare network or to another facility of your choice, we will expedite the process to ensure a smooth and timely transition.
